We at Bradley Industrial Construction start our day with safety in mind. Specific procedures are communicated to all parties during site orientations, daily toolbox safety meetings, safe worker observations and job site safety inspections. Our dedicated safety personnel provide our field staff with training, site inspection feedback and maintain accountability for all construction projects.

We look out for each other, ensuring that at the end of the day, everyone returns home safely. We work hard to emphasize "Safety First" with all field staff and subcontractors. Any worker who observes an unsafe condition or work practice that may pose a threat to health or safety has the authority to speak up and stop work.

Safety Reminders:

• Always Wear Appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment): No task is too small or short to ignore this basic principle.
• Stay Informed: Attend safety meetings and trainings. Stay updated with our safety guidelines.
• Report Hazards: If you see something, say something. Immediate reporting helps us prevent incidents.
• Stay Alert: Avoid distractions. Remember, many accidents happen in moments of inattention.
• Use Tools Properly: Every tool has its purpose. Never use a tool in a manner for which it wasn’t designed.
• Mind Your Surroundings: Be aware of heavy machinery, equipment movement, and your fellow workers.
• Practice Good Housekeeping: A clean worksite is a safe worksite. Clean up spills, remove trip hazards, and keep tools organized.
• No Shortcuts: Follow procedures and guidelines. They are in place for a reason.
